About this site

This site makes Kentucky fiscal court meetings easy to search. It covers Breckinridge County, Grayson County, Hardin County and Ohio County. For each meeting you get the video, a summary, the motions and votes, and a full transcript. Every search result links to the moment it was said on video.

Where the data comes from

Each county's meetings are recorded and posted publicly on YouTube by the county itself, a local radio station, or a local news outlet. This site collects those public recordings daily. Transcripts are YouTube's automatic captions. For some meetings without video, the county's official minutes PDFs are used instead.

How the summaries are made

Software reads each transcript and writes the summary, the agenda list, and the motion-and-vote list. A timestamp is only shown as a link when it was verified against the transcript. Automatic captions and automatic summaries can contain errors. The video is always the record. For anything that matters, watch the linked moment and confirm it yourself.

This is an independent, public-service project. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, any county government.
