Claims are approved. First time of business in new old business. New business. The first time is the road viewing a road foreman's report. Assistant road foreman. Uh obviously as everybody knows, we obviously had storms again over the weekend and uh had a number of trees go down. Um so we're we're going to have to clean some of that up this week. Um we are uh grading rocking doing some digouts. Uh the digouts tend to be time consuming. Um but we we are doing some dig outs, graing, rocking, mowing, obviously tree tree trimming. Um the the weather of course just it's continuous. I mean it's you all know it. I mean it seems like every two weeks we're having a storm, winds, you know, uh flooding conditions, but we're we're moving the best that we can. And uh um Mayo is uh at the earliest it would be at the end of this week, but realistically it'll probably be the first of next week with all the rain and

everything that's in the forecast. Their plan is to come back in here first of next week more more than likely and then uh go ahead and just knock out all the roads that are left on the pavement list for this past year. Uh we still have flex funding that is out. uh we we need to meet our threshold on that to get our to get our money back. So they're they're going to be starting up around the Constantine Fairfield which is on the flex fund list and that should that should be enough to get us our money back. Um, and I think Kathina and I, we've talked about that before a couple times. And, um, from there, they'll just kind of work a straight line and, uh, work their way back towards Red River, then pick off the, uh, the remaining roads that are left. Um, as far as the upcoming paving list that that has been submitted, um, obviously I don't know what I don't know what the upcoming budget is going to be. Um the uh you know just going by the numbers that we had from last year not counting the ARPA funding of course um a number of you are

probably I would guess that about four of the magistrates will probably be over budget and that's just a guess on my part but I I would say probably four of you are over budget right now. Once we get the uh you know once we get a budget in place then of course we can work on trying to get those lists within budget of of each other. Anybody have any questions? I got a couple. Um, when we plan on getting started chipping the ceiling, uh, it would more than likely be after July first because we are all practically out of rock at this point. So, we've been looking at Edgar Basher for over a year now. So, yeah, the course cemetery is another thing be good in the chip and seal too. So the uh of course we we uh the the chip and seal machine of course has been down for so long they had such a hard time finding the uh the uh circuit board that they were looking for for it. But it's working now. It is supposedly working now. Obviously we've not used it. I mean we just tried it out in the parking lot

set but uh we we've obviously not used it. But like I said we're we're to the point where we're just about out of rock money. We probably are out of rock. I would say Cathina and Laura could have a transfer. Yeah. So, about a down lane. We've been talking about that entrance for a long time. Is there any way we could take black top down there and do it? Is there any way we can get that fixed somewhere up? We could u you know, depending on I'd like to say we could do it by hand. I guess if I really had to, I could do it by hand. I could dump it. We can shovel it out and rake it and do it by hand. It's a pretty good size little area to do by hand. But, uh, yeah, they just keep calling. So, yeah. U, the biggest problem with that is you're you're you're talking about a tight little intersection with radiuses coming out into the state road and, you know, you you're going to want to be really careful trying to trying to roll it in and compact it because otherwise it's likely to bust apart. He used to has an auction about three times a year. So, I was talking to Arman the other day and he said uh he thinks the best thing to do is put it on auction time. Could be. Yeah. Otherwise, that's why we didn't get a lot more, you know, view in there. So, and they go to auctions all the time. So, yeah, auction time. Auction time. I just talked to him probably last week on cuz he was asking me what we decided to do. We don't want to give it away. Said he hadn't heard nothing.
