funds on those. So we need really need to watch everything we spend on both of those. And I don't I know Terry is on at the table. I know she is. But the road department we're down to about 700 some thousand and we don't get any more money until the January dispersement of some funds. So we need to watch those as well too. Whereas the county of Breenidge has realized unbudgeted receipts from transportation cabinet and being ordained by the fiscal court of the county of Breenidge, Commonwealth of Kentucky. Section one, the budget for fiscal year 2026 is

amended to a increase the receipts of the RO fund by $449,839 to include unbudgeted receipts from account code 02-4514 transportation cabinet in the amount of $175,000. Account code 02-4514 transportation cabinet in the amount of $274,839. B. Increase the expenditure account. Account code 02-6105-450 asphalt in the amount of $175,000 and account code 02-6105-450 asphalt in the amount of $274,839. Section two, the amount adjusting the receipt and expenditure accounts in section one is for governmental purposes approved by the fiscal court of count of brick county, Kentucky. this the 15th day of September 2025 approved as to form and classification the 24th day of September 2025 by the state local finance officer. — Okay. You'll see if we get to the treasur and I think they have talked about it last week. We're going to have to really watch what we do. So, they can expend that $700,000 pretty quick if they start black topping much. But, yes, they're going to that will be the the the ending. John, — uh, of course, we got done with all our chipping and sealing. U, had a quite a few roads that we chipped. Uh, everything went fairly well. Everything held together. Um, we got through it

pretty quickly, I felt like. back to uh we're finishing up on the uh third third trip around the county mowing currently. Uh of course your longs are out your graders are trying to grade and get a little bit of rock on some of the roads. Uh we're currently right now we we start doing some more digouts uh that were requested. We've actually got a lot of roads that really need to have some digout repair done. U not necessarily roads that are on the list for pavement or anything. All those have already been dug out with the exception of the two roads that have been added. Um but we we've got a lot of roads throughout the county that have soft spots that really need to be dug out and fixed. It's just it tends to be a slow process and it really kind of ties up our guys. So try to do some dig outs here and there and then get back to business as usual and then dig out some more. — Well, go ahead. — Both long arms working though. — They they are unless we're doing the dig outs. If uh if we're doing the digs, then we have to have them in in. — Has there been any uh I guess update on spring driveways? Looking for equipment to do that with or anything like that? — No, I have I haven't done anything on that. And I know John, you and Jeff I don't have any spray equipment or anything like that. — No, I mean physical court would have to, you know, set a budget for us to — buy buy something like that. We do have both of the New Hollands were both down. One's in Rockport, Indiana, one's in Orangeville. The Rockport one's been there three and a half months. I'm going to work Friday. Told us they couldn't fix it. We'll take it somewhere they can. So anyway, hopefully they'll get the thing in looked at fix. — What's the remain? — Synch. Well, I think it's transmission transmissions will not shift. Both of them have the one in Orange. I think they diagnosed it and synchronizers on that. I'm pretty sure synchronizer is probably on the one in in Rockport, but they haven't touched the dog. — What What made us taken two different places? — Well, uh we thought Rockport would get
