Summary
The Bullitt County Fiscal Court met December 15, 2022, in its last meeting before three new magistrates and a new county attorney take office. The court approved the sheriff's revenue bond, the sheriff's 2023 budget of about $8.65 million and the deputy salary cap of about $7.1 million. It also approved a fire district lease, an ambulance remount bid, and several hires and promotions in animal control, parks and EMS, plus a performance-based EMS pay scale. A flooring bid for a county facility was sent back for apples-to-apples bids. The meeting ended with farewells and adjournment.
