Summary
The Bullitt County Fiscal Court met on July 1, 2025 and worked through a short agenda. All motions passed on roll-call votes with every magistrate voting yes.
The court approved the June 17 minutes, the treasurer's transfer report and the bills. It also approved payment for members of the Board of Assessment Appeals for their two days of work reviewing property value appeals.
The county took the lowest bid for road salt, from Compass Minerals at $94 a ton delivered. The bid came through the Kentucky Association of Counties reverse auction. The court also reappointed David Miller and Daryl Lee to the Board of Adjustments for terms ending June 30, 2029.
Anita from the Chamber of Commerce announced a July 11 ribbon cutting and a new Shop Small Trail card program.
