end of fiscal year 2021 budget transfers motion pre second i have a motion second mr hendricks as you know our rules prohibit us from having a a an item where the actual expense amount is above the budget so in order to prohibit that what we do is we make budget transfers it does not increase the total it just moves money around within that fund and as we expected this is the last set there's not very many i've reviewed them they are just typical budgets really not worth comment so i request your permission to transfer 34 370 in the general fund and twelve thousand dollars in the jail fund commissioners any question or comment they're being done all those in favor signify by saying aye aye opposed motion carries since there's no other business to be brought before davis county fiscal court without exception we're adjourned
