All of which you pour upon us in in great measures. Lord, we thank you for those who serve us here in Grayson County. We bless those that serve on the fiscal court and we thank you for their service. The next we have approved the RDAP 2025 2026 project scope and budget which is also uh goes along with item 12 on the resolution but we need to do them separately. Uh I've spoke with you all briefly, but what that is is the TVA money, which is the uh uh Tennessee Valley Authority that puts money into uh an account for us through economic development in Frankfurt uh to help us broaden uh for industrial growth. The next one is to approve the authorizing and designation of the SPG resolution which is a uh fund that

we have in Frankfurt with that that is the TVA funds and I can get with Matt and Sam later. Matt, are you in here? Okay. It's about a piece of property we're trying to obtain for future industry uh industrial development uh here in the county which is located in the city limits. Uh we can't disclose where the property is at this time but we will probably by the next meeting. I've met with the petitioner uh Joe Brock and Kenny's been out there uh to to measure off where he wants to discontin, close it. It's all on his

that part's all on his property. And uh it's.123 uh miles. And so this step is just to have the court to approve to appoint two uninterested viewers so that they can go out there with the engineer and get the rest of the paperwork ready for the next meeting. — You got any viewers in mind? — Whoever we used last time All right. — All right. The physical court committees met before the meeting and nothing uh nothing to discuss there. And we have other new business, Jason. Nothing. — No, sir. — No. — Nothing. There was a Blake, tell him what happened the other night. — Uh on Monday, the missing persons. — Yes. Yeah. So, um midafter afternoon we got a call for uh a missing 19-year-old female. Um and WAX responded. Grace County Sheriff's Office responded [snorts] uh and myself with emergency management. U made the response, started establishing a search pretty quickly. Um we did a press release we sent to our news outlets if you wanted to see any of the details on that. But uh essentially we got more resources on the way. the HD team started searching uh wood lines and and roadways and such. Um after about I think it was about 4 hours of searching, we uh we located the the girl. Um she

was safe. She was cold. Uh but uh she was she was okay. She was transported to the hospital and released within I think like an hour or two. So she's back home. As we are all very well, this is aware, this is not my first time speaking here. Um, and since I missed last month, we can do a quick refresher. Um, I've already addressed the county's partnership with ICE, the overcrowding of Grayson County Detention Center. According to the inspection reports that I've received via a foyer request, it goes back to at least uh 2019, the detaining of legally innocent people, your refusal to take accountability for actively and willingly participating in constitutional violations and human trafficking, and the complete lack of transparency around where the money made from the human trafficking is going. Every time questions are asked, the answers are vague. Every time accountability is brought up,
