Next, we have approve to repeal the appointments to the Edmonson County Water Board. And what that is is you all

know that Grayson County Water District has purchased uh the uh u water service that's inside Grayson County that was owned by Edmonson County. So we no longer need anyone sitting on that board. And next we need to approve uh Grayson County's 2025 tax rate which is ours and that tax rate will be 6.6 and tangible 7.9 and that is the same as last year. So nothing's going up. — Make a motion

Next we have let's next we have approved Grayson County's 2023 26 motor vehicle watercraft tax rate which is 7.9 which is exactly the same as last year and I'll go ahead and add that it's been the same for the past uh five years. Next, we have except Grayson County Hospital taxing districts uh real property of 3.8 tangible 5.0 which is actually went down uh from 4.0 to 3.8. — Need a motion to accept — motion by Brian, second by Ben. resolution authorizing myself to serve as an exeicio member of the Lichfield Grayson County Economic Development Board. Uh they don't recommend that uh the mayor or the judge actually set be a voting member on those economic development boards. whenever we passed that initially a few months ago and so I would not be a voting member but that's would represent the county so but I need to get your all's approval for me to do that — motion by Ben second by — Brenda all in favor — any opposed next we have accept the Grayson County Conservation District's annual financial report which you had uh emailed to you if there's any not any questions entertain a motion — make a motion Second. — Motion by Neil, second by Jason. Uh so nothing to pass along and we also we've got some add-ons here. We need to approve statewide uh management mutual aid and assistance agreement and that we didn't get that in in time. cabinetry in the amount of $26,3840 for the mobile emergency command center which I think was paid through grants. We got grants from uh Grayson County Health Department and Grayson County Hospital Association. Thankfully that — and that's done and it's out front when some some of it's already been in it. But it's completely outfitted for a new emergency management trailer for like bad weather and u — search and rescue — search and rescue anything. — And it's it's really really nice. They ain't got the wrap on it yet, but they've got the inside done. So they put it out put it out front. So any any questions about that bill? Need a motion to pass.
