Jeremy, do you need to do a reading on that? — Uh yes, just by curious, I can do a summary. This is the second reading of the telecommunications franchise, so that companies who wish to remain in the right-of-ways and operate here can have a franchise.

Particularly, we've got one company, as I mentioned before, that I believe is being bought by another company. Um Windstream. And they've asked this for us to do this. All through the agreement, it's all obligations on them, really nothing on us. And so, they have to bid on this, and it will advertise after this is passed, and other telecommunication companies can bid, as well. So, they've just kind of been operating for some years um without an actual franchise, and so, the Constitution of Kentucky and the law requires that they have franchises. All right, next we need to approve to allow the emergency management director to apply for a $426,000 FEMA grant for 12 tornado shelters. I've got with Blake and Carrie probably what

a year ago, I guess, and told them I wanted tornado shelters all over the county. Shelters, not sirens. We don't need no sirens. And we wanted shelters. So, they're talking about placing them at Go ahead. — Yeah, at the fire departments. We're looking to put at least throughout the county. Uh they're 25-person shelters. Uh they'll have power with them, and then of course that bit includes putting a concrete pad down as well. We've got more information when you all want if any of you want it. Come see it and see what they look like, the pictures and whatnot, but — So, we have talked we have spoken individually about this for [clears throat] the past year, us and you magistrates, about trying to get this done. And apparently, we've located a grant that could make this possible. It's a matching grant, is that right? — Uh it's a partial matching, yes, sir. It should be 75/25, I believe. — Yeah, so 75% of the cost that FEMA would pay for, and then we'd pay for 25. So, just want to give them approval to go ahead and proceed with that. Uh What the master agreement is agreement is is Ridge Crest Drive is whenever we had the flooding and it was damaged. That's the one that slid over the hill. That's in the old and we've been dealing How long we worked with FEMA for like — forever a year now. — Yeah, so and then when the government would shut down, they shut down, so we was fighting back We was just anyway, here we go. Uh it's uh it's we've pretty well got it to the very end here now and it's $506 $506 estimate. So, anyway, we just need to approve the master agreement

modification and if there's any questions, Blake, you got any anything else on this?
