jail roof replacement hold on a minute we got you got them up there yeah all right here we go two two of them I'll pass them around let yall look at them one of them is from Holland Roofing of Louisville and this is the entire jail right Jason it's it's about 48,000 Square ft which is the original part of the jail that's 22 years old now okay so it's the main jail out there first one $5 42,3 se2 y'all got copies of these no uh next one is d and d roofing and they are out of where are they out of Jason Munfordville Munfordville total on that one's 349,000 $110 you know any difference in them yeah the the first one is complete tear off right and replace um from the concrete up basically exactly what's on it except

the top coat will be that um it describes it there but it's a instead of a rubber it's a V cover final cover and then the second one is a foam style po poly urethane it ends with a polyurethane they put down I think it's an inch and a half of foam over the entire roof and up the sides and over the W top of the walls mhm and then they po everything over top of that both of them I think have 20year warranties are you want to do it add the 80 mil roof membrane for 15,000 well for the different in the difference in the price I'm going to suggest to go with the cheaper one they both have 20-year warranties um 200,000 a lot of money a lot of money this one the foam style gave two references one was the Warren County jail and the other one was the Park County Jail and I checked with both of them and

they're both happy with the work that they got D and D from the DND D yeah that's a cheaper one and it's the cheaper one that's what you want I didn't find anything negative on either one of them and I think both products are good I'm just looking at Price big difference motion I'm waiting all right by for with Jason's recommendation he recommends to go with the uh DND D commercial one thing there is a extra add-on for walking pads and I think it would be worth our expense to add that it's another another $155,600 mil is a thicker top coat yeah

you got to add another 15 Where's the walk pads at on the back page so the walk pads will go from the roof hatch the access hatch to each unit each air unit on the on the roof so that way they're not walking directly on the roof cuz them roofs are done different than shingle roofs or metal roofs they're spray there's foam underneath of it and after you walk on for so long they can deteriorate so so them two together 349 610 plus 15 168 I don't think is that what that's what she want should be on the back page yeah I got it I got it so uh Jason's recommendation to go with 349 610 with DND Roofing and also the 15 168 for the walking it's double d roofing double d roofing I'm sorry yeah Double D roof so I need a motion to approve to accept that bid for the roof Pro motion by Ben second second by Darren all in favor here's all that stuff Charlotte got it so you write it
