least to the most major issues that are important to us and to our County and to the government of our County we thank you for the men and women that serve this County and the capacities they're in we pray God that there will be a guidance and that their spirited minds and hearts and and just direct us in everything that we're doing because we seek greater things from you we understand God that there are problems everywhere but we thank you God that we live in the county we're in and I thank you for our guidance to bring me into this County as well as these others that are here today we ask you to direct their minds in Jesus name amen I pledge of allegiance to like the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all right I don't mean to order the first thing on the agenda is to approve the minutes from the previous meeting notion by Neil II by Ben all in favor

Brenda all in favor thanks we have approved St Paul's busing Grant contract and resolution motion by uh Jason second by Brian all in favor all right next we have Rule and secretary Road program but I guess it's just given you know but you ain't no no yeah judge and members of good support thank you for letting me know my name's Beau Warren I'm a branch manager for construction maintenance in our district for office with us today we have our chief District engineer Brad bottoms our maintenance section supervisor James Beacham and coverage Grayson County and of course you all probably know Mr Stone here County Foreman uh just before we get started I'd like to remind you how we fund our real estate program this program is funded by 22.2 percent of the motor's fuel tax receipts These funds are allocated to all 120 counties based on a 5.4 millimeter and that formula is based on one-fifth equally among all counties one-fifth based on the rural population

one-fifth based on the road miles and two fists based on the land area and once that money has been allocated to the county it cannot be transferred to any other mechanics they told me that you already had a copy of the presentations I'll just go over that we should our this year our first priority is our routine maintenance and traffic for our County uh maintenance crew and be able to treat snow and ice through ditching automation things like that that estimated cost is 626 500 this year this year our second priority is the County judge executive expense our third priority in Kentucky 8.99 it's an asphalt paying job at the beginning of 9.0 to Kentucky Ada and mile point 2.813 with an estimated cost of 438 585 dollars

our fourth priority is a slide repaired project on Kentucky 878 at 9.4 and the anticipated cost for that project is 50 750 dollars Donald told them that lets our program be about 1 million One hundred nineteen Thousand Seven or ten dollars for the county Nevada okay uh just to quickly go over some of the projects that have already been LED and what are our NP payment resurfacing you know the construction projects that are active in the county we have the us-62 project of Litchfield The Beehive curve has been awarded to studies from the bonding company and they are anticipating on getting started back on that project next week supposed to have a substantial completion date at the end of 2023 which means all traffic would be driving in the ultimate configuration but probably going to be on base and will be

completed the surface this spring of 2024. yes yes it is a construction season this year yeah I know there was a lot of back and forth between our illegal folks and Frankford and the bonding companies liberal folks to finally arrive at that so we weren't really part of that conversation but that's what we were told to schedule it was a great team so um the next president going on is the asphalt major rehab privacy from the educate Parkway that project is scheduled to be completed the middle of November of this year there's a NASCAR resurfacing project on Rough River but in the park that has a completion date of the end of August of 2023 and then there is an hsip project that's 17 miles long I think 259 South of Litchfield that has a July 31st 2024 completion I've done a lot of tree clearing out through there and took down a lot of

vegetation or extensions or pipe Replacements or any shoulder work that can be going on with all that on 259. what uh how how wide is that it's going to is they just doing shoulders or what's takes the ultimate configuration is 11 foot driving lanes and what's that 11 foot driving Lanes is two feet of shoulder it should be adding roughly two feet of pavement to the entire Lane on both sides so each satellite two by two feet of paper it almost a substantial difference on how it feels uh for sure we did we did one recently in LaRue County on Kentucky 84. but it's very similar to this and that's going from Bear Creek you said it's a 17-ish mouse pretty much right now because I know they moved a lot of fencing down through there I've had a lot of people ask me I thought I mean we've been here so uh
