Kevin all in favor any opposed next we have approved first three and Grayson County's budget amendment number three for fiscal year 2020 2021. that was for the bond that we have to include our financial statements so okay is there anything need to be read on that all right any questions nothing motion to approve motion motion by Neil motion by Brian second by Neil all in favor any opposed next we have uh proved jailer's payment of bills making a promotion by Kevin second by Tommy all in favor any opposed next we have approved jailers construction bills I have one here for which is actually on the courthouse for Bailey's Masonry 69 390 any discussion on how much does that leave are you aware of that angle it's on the back I think it's 100 of theirs that is 100 I think look at the back there um less previous amounts paid in 169. flip over one more page and that's 800 percent it's got a

hundred percent but it's got 24 or 160 down here on the right hand side 241 600. it's got a hundred percent am I read that correctly yeah retainage a variable rate 24 1 6. shoulders retainage of 24 160. I would make the motion that we pay their invoice to make that make a motion to pay them and that leaves Adam we can do an inspection and see if everybody's satisfied and hold the retainage until then yeah the retainage is 24 160 is what the retainage is the the uh this bill however is 69 390 okay any questions motioned by Tommy second by Damon all in favor any opposed next we have another bill from codale Jason what is it's not uh that's the completion of the construction that's all the bills that we'll have

I'll give a Tony and find out because they have the chiefs meeting every month but we just need a report from them is what we actually need so we'll hold that off until the next meeting which is the fifth is it the 15th 15 to 5. all right uh next we have update from physical Court committees Construction I think everything's fine on our end like I said we will just go up and look at all the brickwork before we turn this to that retainage okay and everybody says that their air is working good and they're correct in Windows okay uh and that should be complete this month before fiddling to this so um roads anything a rose Damon I know Darren's not here today he's as it always is yeah everything's going pretty good the parks the parks are ready everything's going good okay uh all right next we have uh American Red Cross hello hello thank you for allowing us to

come and speak to you I hope you all know me and honesty Thomas and I recently took a position as the executive director for the American Red Cross my territory though covers Western Kentucky chapter I covered 25 counties 20 in Western Kentucky five in Southern Illinois Grayson County is not one of my territories so I wanted to introduce you to Jennifer cap she is your executive director but part of what the American Red Cross has done in 2014 they started working towards what's called one Red Cross where all of our five different services are working together we do biomedical humanitarian Services a disaster preparedness national uh so there's there's five different areas services to the Armed Forces so in that process we have been moving towards creating what is now what where we are and that's having an executive director who covers those chapters so we're taking one month at a time to get to know our fiscal supports our counties because it's our job as executive directors to work with the the fiscal courts and all of the City Mayors and all of our government relations so I want to introduce you all to Jennifer we want to up our presence in all of our accountings that will come from our relationship with you all we're also we're responsible for fundraising in our

counties and we're also looking for board members for Grayson County and Community volunteer leaders we want volunteers out of Grayson County to represent we are working in Grayson County but we want to have a presence here that is a better known that people are understanding that we are here so I'm going to turn it over to Jennifer Jennifer's lives in Bowling Green that's part of South Central's territory and that's where her office is but I will let her share with you all the numbers and information about racing County as well so in South Central Kentucky we serve 22 counties we do have offices in Bowling Green and Elizabethtown so a lot of what is covered in this area is coming from those locations and Volunteers in surrounding counties we when I had ran this back earlier this year we only had one volunteer registered in this County and I don't know who that is but can I absolutely find out I wanted to just give you some statistics and numbers on what we have done here in the last year we've responded to 14 home buyers and other disasters the majority of those are home buyers we always put other disasters in case there was flooding or something like that that we we don't know specifics on we helped 33 individuals and when we do that we provide direct
