inspectors and we'll go through the process of having them look at it and then we'll also have to advertise and the road department will have to post the notices it's been a little bit since we did this kind of thing but i'll just get with you so we can just uh there's no action to take today okay so no action on to do that we're in barrett road it barnett road is really a is completely contained within a small piece of property out um east grayson county almost to the county line and it i've been out there it's just a it's kind of it looks like a pull in but it i think at one time it might have went down to the river but it doesn't and it hasn't for a long time and so the property owner is just what want to close it up um because she's kind of planning for the future estate planning and things like that to make sure it's not an issue before so it's it doesn't connect anybody else's land as far as she knows she's never really seen anybody use it it's just something

provide mobilization labor supervision tools equipment ladders scaffolding material insurance and services necessary to remove and dispose of asbestos containing materials acm from the above reference project the proposal has provided two million dollars in aggregate general liability insurance permits fees and license for the above project all abatement will be done in accordance with current local state and federal regulations scope would be removal and disposal of the asbestos materials identified in the pre-demolition survey prepared by larkin environmental which you all had got a copy of before we started this and price includes third-party pcm clearance testing price price as soon as a source of water and power will be available for our use that all furniture debris has been removed from the work areas total cost hundred and fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars that's that one uh

please find below a cost estimate for the abatement of asbestos-containing materials found on at the reference facility the removal includes asbestos abatement of certain building materials as outlined in the asbestos inspection report dated april 27 2022 more specifically floor tile and mastic ceiling tile and glue piping insulation window sinks original vur will be removed and disposed of that bit is seventeen 117 six hundred sixty-five dollars 117 665. and that's it that's all we got so the gentleman the gentleman that actually called and met with maintenance over there had said that you know we could probably remove the the roof and that type of material herself which would be uh quite costly to us too but he had talked to angel yesterday and said that he thought that we'd probably save about ten to fifteen thousand dollars well it costs that much to bring a large strike hope in the

dumpster you're asking for a motion i make the most of me accept the cheap sound like he's got a ducks in a row if you're asking for a motion yeah i mean it's it's what if you all want to discuss it and look at this and look at these beds you don't want to look at these beds real quick tell me what you think about them i mean you probably did one more thing i believe the guys worded it they're pretty much cut and dragged yeah i mean it's the scope of work is everything that was actually in uh the the scope that they that we had larkin environmental they actually done the survey the survey of it it looks like they both know what they're doing they're within three thousand dollars on the job size yeah you don't see that too often yeah so uh so any more discussion or if you don't want to look at these there's not a whole lot in it other than me the scope of work had a lot in it it was probably 75 pages thick so but if not i mean motion to accept one of these bids i don't think we better ourselves by taking the roof off ourselves honestly i'll make the motion to accept it
