any opposed next we have to approve the treasurer's budget transfers as presented by brian ii by damon all in favor be any opposed next we have to approve the jailers payment of bills motioned by tommy second by neil all in favor be any opposed next we have a grayson county extension office district board appointees we got a email from them uh wanting to from kendra jones kendra ewing there's three appointees of course their term expires and they was wanting to reappoint the three which is uh ruth woodrum david zermali and larry embry and they're currently on the board now and they've been appointed to serve for another term with court approval and because their term expires on december the 31st 2021 and these are two year terms so and that's on the on the grayson county extension office

district board i'll make a question i'll second it motion by brian second by damon all in favor any opposed next we have update from fiscal court committees which we had actually met and everything seems to be in pretty good shape before the meeting so that's good and other new business we've got uh and what else that says jake where's jason he gets out yeah he got a phone call hey before we started okay uh we've got some visitors with us we'll go ahead and do the visitors keith y'all want to go you know y'all showed up oh okay y'all got anything back there we're just watching and see what's going on oh okay all right gotcha uh next we have uh purchase of a 2009 ford

uh truck for asphalt distributor which is tackle is what it is steve you want to tell them something about they've all got the information you want to tell them what's going on with it well we found this online and dustin him and copper has been looking at them and that's the best that they've had and they sell them pretty quick we're gonna go look at it tomorrow that's uh our old one the last few roads the pump was locking up on it and you cannot get hard for this this is even if even if we back three years ago we cannot get parts of this the one we have now right the one we got now you cannot get parked what year is it uh the truck the one that we got now uh the the trip itself is a 94 but the pump system is like the late 60s early 70s okay i mean we've called roscoe about the bed once before copper has and they said you got a what because it's so old and outdated you know so it's a 1200 gallon tank this one's 2 000

so you can probably get four trucks off without him coming back and re doing it it's all computerized they'll save on hold they'll just kind of guess that and shoot it out there or whatever it looks like a pretty nice truck like i said they're gonna go look at it and uh it was 87 000. we've gotten to 83 000 and we gave him a thousand dollar deposit on it so we they hold it for because somebody he said he got two looking at him flying in tomorrow to look at two from somewhere i don't remember where she said it was coming in from you got one flying in it went driving driving in but they're holding it for me and kuiper to get through it on wednesday i like wednesday afternoon at four o'clock when they close yeah just so you all know this has been going on for a couple years now that truck's been giving us problems and it's a older truck well it's old blue and white one y'all seen the oil tanker on the back that's what they used to chip and seal with they didn't come quick markings didn't yeah years ago so but they can't even get parts to to fix the the tackle uh part of it now

and uh these trucks know or what are there about 250 000 yeah the beds probably 150 000 is debated the truck and you have to buy a truck so they're pretty expensive we looked at them before but they're just i mean they're out of sight and this bed here is the same as what scotty's uses and you know parts ready available the truck's pretty new you get parts even that old truck we got now you can't hardly get parts for just a truck you know you look for a motion i'll make a motion that we give them the right to buy one and when they look at it if it's what they want yeah and what what we had done is yesterday they they asked they called the company and i told them i said they wasn't gonna hold the truck i mean they wasn't gonna hold it and of course you can't you can't get anything right no i mean even if you ordered it new you're looking at a year and a half year to get something so i told them to go ahead and put the thousand dollars down and then

that would give give them time to go down there and look at it tomorrow and they can take a check with them that way they can make go ahead and make full payment if if the truck's in good working order and this and that and they've got to say something else to dustin you probably sprayed off what a hundred thousand gallons over a hundred thousand gallons a lot of i mean that's in about 60 roads so just about all right that's more than we ever have since i've been here the roads they're doing excellent but this that truck ain't gonna hold up on really bad this will help you yeah yeah i just need a motion to go ahead and purchase it what's the exact amount steve 83 000. 83 000 is that less that's it they was asking 87 we got for 83. all right so and we got a thousand downs what's that they've already paid a thousand dollars that's what i'm asking 82 so 82 000 okay so a thousand has been paid down so i need a motion to uh write a check for these folks for 82 with the condition that uh that the
