want to uh tell the court about the attorney general daniel cameron as part of a national settlement which you may have seen in the news about oak boy addiction against i can't remember which one was against it was against one of the big pharmaceutical companies uh it's 460 480 million dollars for the state and we're going to get a cut of that we don't know how much it's going to be but i've looked at our percentages and our percentage is pretty good me and the judge have discussed his question was well what can we spend this money on once we get it because we kind of know about how much it's going to be it's going to be a good now and it i've been reviewing those documents and i'm going to go over him with some of you all once we do get the money but it's kind of limited and but it's aimed at helping get the people who have addictions in some treatment and also to help hopefully law enforcement and some other groups to try to address that but we should have a good amount of money coming our way what we can spend it on is

not well defined yet so just want to bring that to your attention okay any old business anybody nothing uh mr lusk how you doing doing fine uh this is mr lusk he's with lust mechanical your owner actually owner correct and he's one two we've had some issues with the hvac units up at the new courthouse the new units we put in and so uh tanya has could we'll go ahead and just get it started if you want to go ahead and start go ahead i want to appreciate you all for the opportunity first of all and i apologize for the problems but uh what we found is the building has got a really high humidity and the units that we put in become stock with a condensate then that gets rid of the water during the dehumidification there's so much humidity in the building that it was kicking these units off and then when one kicks off the other one it's kind of a domino effect so what we've done is we put a bigger constant pump on that'll have more gpms and i

think we replaced them in 15 it might be 16 and they have been running since i think we may have finished up yesterday but we did several of them last week and we we got our last order in uh monday so they finished up this week uh right now we've been in touch with maidens maiden's guy my son has and all of them are running except for one and that you've got a computer board out on one of the units which should be in sometime this week where's that located that unit uh in my office i think that's the only one that works yeah they have worked better this week since you all have started doing that yeah well they were going where it'd be 72 in the morning and by the afternoon it was 79 or 80 in there yeah well yeah you know some of those units would start kicking off on that icons so much condensate in the pan and then when one goes off you know the other unit had to work harder than that one would go off and then i think you had one day last week where uh about a dozen of them went down on that condensate problem because it was like a dominant it's like

a domino effect yeah and we put these high capacity condensate pumps in every in the pit team and probably we'll go ahead and do them throughout all through all of them and get rid of the ones that came stock as you would say with them with those units is there any other issues that you know not not since the replacement as far as i know there's not yeah we have i haven't heard complaints you know this week on that so one question that i've got of course i've been with the maintenance up there is when we initially done the walk though and i can't remember who it was and of course that's been over a year and a half ago i guess uh we we had talked about putting some of those units out in the corridor yeah and because it it seems like it's a little steamy out in some of those areas yeah so if you all could i mean see what we can do to maybe possibly add the i was under the impression it was we was gonna put a unit at each door entry yeah and because uh down in the basement it sort of gets a little steamy wouldn't you say jeremy it's a little a little uncomfortable out in the

main areas there's really no wind movement yeah yeah so we need to look you know and i don't know how complicated it would be to add you know heads i mean you got of course you got to drill through the floor and that type of stuff to the existing system that we got that you all installed on the roofs and on the corners of the building yeah i love i know that they had talked to my son was handled and i think he's going to go in and get a price together for all that okay yeah because it's it's really uh it's really steamy out there you know especially you know when it's 95 outside you know today it's not too bad but uh you know we're just trying to upgrade that facility as best we can so for some reason that building has a real high heat it's really high in humidity and that's what what caused the problem with a lot of the units the one that has the burnt board that wasn't the problem but the rest of them that uh i don't know whether it's the building envelope you know or what but yeah i've never really seen seen that happen where every one of the kind of scene every one of the uh units would go out

on high condensate all at once like that so yeah but uh with this new condensate pump they put in it's high capac runs 24 7 and it's it's got probably a seven to eight year lifespan okay they run it 24 7. so it's a it's a it's a huge upgrade from what came stopped with it so this should it should have taken care of yeah it uh i just i just think we need to look at doing something out in those uh common areas where the you know where the waiting area is at like on the second floor uh of course i think that would take care you've got two doors that shut off their area so uh you know i think that would probably be sufficient out there where the two entry doors are at and then probably do something in the basement area also out in that main area where the bathrooms are at so i might get bible 30 so okay but i'd just be curious to know you know if if you know we need to we need to do that i know there's certain uh things that you all could do to determine whether or not or how big and how many units and that type stuff yeah
