to protect him as they serve as forgives of our sins in Jesus name we pray amen amen I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all it's called needing to order first thing on agenda is approve the minutes from the previous meeting by Brenda Allen Taylor all right next we have approved payment of bills promotion motion second by being on babe actually have approved Treasures budget transfers as presented motion by Jason seconded by Brenda all in favor oh now we've got the county road Aid CRA and local government economic assistance lgea hearing which nobody has called and no one's here so we'll move on uh next we have uh first reading the Grayson County Fiscal courts budget for

2023-2024 you know I've had about a month or so to look over those any questions about it any statements anything not make a motion to uh first reading of the motion all right motion by Darren second second by Brian all in favor next we have approved jailer's payment of bills who's that motion by Ben second by Brian all in favor all right next we have approved jailers budget transfers as presented and there is none it's what the treasurer just said so we can skip that one uh approved Sheriff's monthly settlement emotion motion by Neil second by being all in favor next we have approved County Clerk's claim for calculation of Motor Vehicles and boat bills for 2022s or any discussion anybody getting questions motion by Jason second by Darren all in favor materials and the mowing at judicial

complex need to approve the advertisements motion by Brian seconded by Neil all in favor uh next we've got execute greater Hardin County Narcotics task force uh agreement that we have and we do that every year if there's any questions I can answer for you if not and everything in motion next to you to agreement motion by Brenda second by Darren all in favor all right update from Fiscal Court committees we met earlier and got all those and now we are down to new business normal um just let the update uh yeah let's go we probably need to go on Executive session it's litigation issues Jeremy so uh motion by Brenda going executive sessions second by being all in favor um all right

uh next new business Norman you got anything else Jason ordinance that I need to get past and it's uh it's a grant that was approved under house bill one and last year that allows the department of local government or orders of the Department of local government to assist all the jails in the state and getting video conferencing equipment that's all the same that way it's uniformed across the state so they're just now getting into that process with the funding so I need um ordinance passed to allow us to do the grant at 47 594 you know 593 dollars and it's a we're not going to be at any money at all dlg does the Grand so it needs to be there needs to be an ordinance yeah yeah and then have a second reading we'll let him look at it real quick goes up

I don't know if we can get through there all right resolution dude yeah it is a resolution thank you it's a resolution oh God yeah so go ahead and look at it like go ahead and pass around everybody it's resolution so it's okay it's four sets of portable video equipment record so we'll have one system for each judge that we can move anywhere in the Brazil that's all room yes so I can go anywhere service all right

so we are needing a resolution to for House Bill arguments to insurance for House Bill one jail equipment Grant which is 47 593 dollars I need a motion to go in the motion uh motion by Darren second by Brenda all in fact um I don't think so I think that's it yes I just wanted to cover I got a call from State Police today about um this is mainly for the public as well I haven't notified my guys yet but we've had every County pretty much surrounding Us East of us Jefferson County Bullitt County Hardin County um I think heart maybe LaRue County have had a rash of thefts stolen cars at eight stolen cars over in the last week and they're starting to move west so we would just like to if you get calls or let your people know then that our guy that our I'm gonna let

my guys know that to be vigilant they're showing up in people's driveways and stealing the cars a lot of the cars that are being stolen are have the keys in them so we certainly want to encourage people to take to keep remove the keys from your vehicle they're not targeting specific cars and obviously the fear of that is if there's nothing in the cars we don't want them to go in the house obviously so they're a group of Youngs or I think a lot of them are teenagers so KSP has been in Pursuit a couple of times they go in blackout mode at night time and it's and they and they've had to terminate Pursuit a couple times so it's just a matter of time for they come down this area so we just want to make sure everybody's Vigilant and alert for any suspicious Vehicles there's multiple people involved they'll park a car they'll have one go down the street and then they travel in twos they'll use one car one stolen car to block police or they let the other one get what they're stolen try to get away and then they black out when they leave so just want to make everybody aware of that and I'm going to put something on social media after this meeting I do have I have a light field okay yeah I've got to do that here in
