my father heaven we thank you for this day we thank you for this opportunity that we can once again come here and conduct the business of the county we pray that we do that in a way that's pleasing in your sight we continue to pray for those that have been affected by coped we pray for their healing and that that they can return to once again normal life we pray that you'll continue to bless each person in this county keep them safe we ask that you be with those officials locally and state nationwide that they'll conduct themselves also in a way that's pleasing to your sight and that they'll make decisions that benefits everyone we ask for your blessings again and keep us safe in jesus name we pray amen amen i pledge of allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all all right call of duty order first thing on the agenda is uh approve the minutes from the previous

2021 tax rate which i think they stay the same and you all got that email to you motioned by tommy second second by neil all in favor any opposed next we have a petition to remove a portion of bethel cemetery road from the county's road maintenance list which i don't think jeremy's here with us today so he have you got a copy of that all right uh the petition requesting discontinuance of the county road which is uh cynthia harper and moves at grace county physical court to remove portion of county road named bethel cemetery road off the county road maintenance list the portion which runs beside ends in her and her husband's property she asked that three viewers be appointed and immediate action be taken with regard to section of this road petitioner states he agrees that uh 150 dollars file the petition and that's about it so we need to appoint some viewers to go and see and we got to post it we've been through this before you know it's got to be posted and then have the viewers go down there

cemetery i don't expect it at all right right right yeah what where their relationship with that and like i said we just need to let the observers go down there look at it post it see if anybody's got any issues with it okay you know go from there uh had a motion by damian second by tommy and all in favor of any opposed next we have uh updates from physical corps committees which we met earlier and it seemed like everything was in pretty good shape and uh other new business norman jason you know kevin of course we're going to change one of the dates for next month's meeting or yeah we can do that now i mean if you well i didn't know how you you so you had mentioned it and i didn't know if you had to do it i know some people be out of town on the fifth yeah uh yeah it's fall break so it would be we was gonna put it on for the next agenda but i mean we can do it now because uh it's supposed to be october the 5th and we could move it to the 12th which we would have one on the 12th at 11 o'clock and we'd have one on the 19th at five o'clock
