on TV. Um I will take a moment here, review uh what looks like a pretty short agenda today. Um we'll approve the last meeting minutes here in a moment. And then we have a couple of office reports. After that, we'll have a time that any citizens can come up and and voice any concerns or comments about anything that's on the agenda today. And then we have several items in the consent agenda. I'll review and those before we before we vote on those. And then after that, we have our our time of comments. And that's the agenda. All right, next we'll move on then to uh presentations. I believe we have presentation from our coroner, Pat Elmore. — Good evening, Judge, members of the court and the audience. Uh we have our April and May numbers to present tonight for you folks. In April, coroner's office worked 88 cases, three accidents. Uh Actually, see the mode there, a fall, overdose gabapentin doxylamine, which is in the history of sleeping [clears throat] aid, uh methadone, and the one we really have been talked about quite a while here lately is overdose of kratom. Uh um Three suicides and 82 naturals. For May, the 97 cases, motor vehicle accident, overdose of methamphetamine. Uh we have two cases of autopsy with toxicology pending, one suicide, and 92 naturals. Year-to-date on our autopsy, they were

already taking numbers, and these numbers have actually increased in the last couple days to fit and be 15, but um if 13 autopsies, toxicology has jumped 29. Uh You'll see our transports are way up from last year at 65, and uh we had zero transports for EMS, finally. We've been working on it a number for a while, haven't we, Mark? So, we actually were able to make all of our transports. Uh do we have any questions? — Thank you all very much. — thank you for the report. April law enforcement April and May law enforcement, I got a correction on the arrest. Actually, it's 144. Uh that was a miss figure. When it was looked at, it's 144. Citations, 203. Warrants, 138. Civil

processes, 1,086. Complaint calls, 1,662. Accidents investigated, 80. Criminal cases investigated, 83. Other activities, 2,976. School safety checks, 513. Violation warnings, 114. Attempts to serve, 2,349. Office operations, 120 record checks. Uh subpoenas issued, 148. Vehicle inspections, 1,520. Court transportation, 103 adults, nine juveniles. Anybody have any questions? All right. Let's look at the consent agenda. Um we'll go through here and we have the first four items are our typical financial types of items including resolution 105, which is financial transfers. Next up is resolution 106, and this is changes to the personnel policies and procedures handbook, primarily focused on some changes to our EMS holiday pay change. Next up is item F, which is resolution 107, and this is related to some EMS personnel changes. — [clears throat] — Item G, which is resolution 108. This is related to Arctic Wolf Cybo cybersecurity managed detection and response. And this is a a name change where Arctic Wolf purchased the company that we were using before. That's the main change, main uh change in that uh contract. Uh next item is item H, and this is resolution 109. It's related to Public

Consulting Group. Uh it's a ambulance supplemental payment program services that uh basically, this is some additional funding for uh for Medicaid reimbursement, which uh we're excited about. And it's uh uh it's pretty sophisticated and a lot of work to try to get this funding. So, this is a um consulting uh company that will help us do that in the future. And then we have item I, which is resolution 110, related to agreement for correctional facility health care services. This is for the this upcoming fiscal year for for the medical services at the jail. And then item J, as resolution 111, and this is related to um the step in grade increase and the 1% cola increase uh coming up in this next fiscal year. And then finally, the last four items are the minutes from our uh committee meet committee meetings uh that occurred this month.
