That motion to terminate the Forever Homes for Paws contract failed for lack of a second.

picture or two and um uh SE celebrate this this time for with him so this is a proclamation um and it says whereas we are here today to express our appreciation to Timmy Carr and honor him for his distinguished a 23-year career with Harden County and dedicated service to the residents of Harden County and whereas he has devoted his time working long hours away from loved ones to deliver urgent lifesaving care to people across Harden County in times of great need and where at as Timmy began his career with Harden County as a part-time EMT before moving on to a full-time EMT over the years he he was a full-time paramedic before advancing to assistant supervisor then supervisor and eventually to deputy director and whereas he had also served on various volunteer fire departments and at one time was the fire chief of central Harden fire department and whereas Timmy was awarded the Harden County EMS crew of the year in 2014 and whereas he embodies the best of
