During comments, the County Attorney thanked the court for supporting a longtime staff member's family after a loss, and several magistrates reminded the public of upcoming committee meetings (Resources and Community Support on December 16th, Public Works on December 11th) and the next Fiscal Court meeting on December 10th. Magistrates also offered Thanksgiving wishes and asked residents to keep grieving families in their prayers, noting county offices would be closed November 28th and 29th.
The meeting concluded with a motion to enter closed session under KRS 61.878 to discuss public safety records related to protecting against vulnerabilities and terrorist acts, particularly regarding information technology infrastructure. No further public action was taken after the closed session, and the meeting adjourned.
