america and to the republic for which it stands one nation from america and the we'll begin with department and elected office reports first up from ems is mr mark peterson good afternoon good afternoon i bring you the december 2020 activity report for hardin county ems monthly collection comparison december fiscal year 2019-20 to fiscal year 2021 1920 reimbursements were 437 thousand dollars whereas 2021 they're up to 451 000 run comparison december 2019 to december 2020 uh we're up about 42 runs last month compared to december of 2019 at 1 509.

year-to-date our runs are up approximately 560 some runs at 8 892 runs for 20 fiscal year 2020 versus 19 which we are at 8 328 runs year-to-date summary total miles 253 220. total runs 8892 non-billable runs 2315 total billable runs 6577 we've collected 2 million 171 dollars grants from kentucky board of ems at 10 000 total expenditures 2.7 million with a net of 591 000 any questions for me and comments mark thanks appreciate a good job next we'll hear from e911 mr mike leo good afternoon just barry members of

physical court afternoon i have a little lengthy presentation first is december statistics of 2020. number one calls answered four 4624 7213 cad reports created answered 2752 administrative calls dispatched 1483 ems runs dispatch 347 fire runs handle 1097 attempt to serve prisoner transport and traffic stop type calls and over 11 000 ncic link transactions let's graph just a breakdown of calls with service by agency showing ems with 66.7 percent sheriff's office at 15.5 percent and you can see the other agencies that we dispatched for their percentages fire runs broken down by department e-town at 38 percent uh radcliffe fire 19.3 percent and you can see the other county

departments in the pod graph calls transferred to the secondary sites is the law calls total calls transferred 1 000 156 to 390 directly pd 519 to e-town pd and 247 to the kentucky state police the next few slides are just a breakdown of uh of the year status of 2020. so total 911 calls answered for 2020. uh it's 55 212. created 91 865 cad reports answered 36 217 administrative calls dispatched 16 265 ems runs four thousand two hundred and seventy nine fire runs and handled fifteen thousand seven hundred and forty three attempt to serve as prisoner transport and traffic stipe top calls and then 131 336 ncic link transactions 911 center created uh just a breakdown

of the types of calls of the total cad reports created 61 from 911 calls 60.1 percent uh 22.8 ebony calls and 17.1 self-initiated events here's here just a breakdown of the types of 9-1-1 calls that we received uh 66.4 percent uh being emergency and you can see the other type calls that we answered there in the biograph total cost forwarded to our secondary sites for 2020 is showing 911 handling uh 74 percent of the total 911 call volume and then those other agencies there in the pod graph the calls that they were bored and handled this chart just breaks down the the types of transactions in ncic and link of the 139 000 between vehicles and licenses inlet says out-of-state transactions or running a

tag to arizona or north carolina court epos dvo's persons one in persons driver's licenses others pretty much mother catch all like entering guns and searching for guns and other other stuff like that graph just breaks down the five-year comparison of cad events uh created down a little bit in 20 20 from uh 2019 um no rhyme or reason maybe just everybody staying home and not needing us as much because coveted a five-year comparison of total number one calls received again down a little bit for 2020. wireless calls received five year comparison and again down just a little bit for last year administrative calls five year comparison and this one also a little bit down for the year 2020. drastic but a little bit self-initiated events this is
