indivisible with liberty and justice for all ah today with department and elected office reports first up we have EMS Mr Mark Peterson good afternoon I have the September and October activity reports for Hardin County EMS for you all first slide we're looking at monthly collection comparisons uh 20 September 21 to September 22 September 21 we collected 700 000 versus 464 000 this year that's because House Bill eight money caught up with us this time last year that's with a big difference in the revenue there October 21 versus October 22 October of last year we collected 325 000 this year we've collected 425 000. so our year-to-date totals um this time last fiscal year we're at

1.3 million this year we're just shy of two million dollars in collections billable versus non-billable runs September 21 versus September 22. uh this time last year we had made 1576 runs of those runs 1115 were billable and 461 were non-dillable this year we've made in September this year we made 1403 runs of those 1132 were available and 271 were non-billable October of 2021 versus October of this year last October we made 1488 runs of those 1118 runs were billable and 370 were not this year we have made this October we made 1494 runs of those 1204 were billable and 290 fiscal year-to-date runs um we're down just a little bit uh this time last year we made a total of 6 348 runs this year we've made 5960 last year Those runs that were

billable were 4061 and non-billable 1 687 this year our billable runs are up at 4794 versus 1166 non-billable our mileages is up uh quite a bit that has a little bit to do with we're doing some transfers to Northern Kentucky and Corydon Kentucky and stuff like that here recently for Baptist Health last year we made 100 we traveled 155 441 miles this year we've traveled 175 000 miles so summary total miles 175 318 total runs 5960. total non-billable runs 1166 billable runs four thousand seven hundred ninety four we have collected uh one million nine hundred and forty two thousand and twenty eight dollars with a net of 928 437. at this time any questions you went for Mark appreciate it thank you next we'll hear from me 9-1-1 Mike Cleo good afternoon just Barry members

physical course yeah I'm here to present the activity report for the 911 center for the month of October uh total 911 calls answered 4 522 7811 CAD reports created the answer 2667 administrative calls dispatch the ambulance service 1635 times fire departments 471 times and handled one thousand 181 attempt to serve prisoner transports and traffic stop type calls just a cost of service by agency EMS 61.3 percent followed by the sheriff's office at 19.0 percent you can see the remainder of the agencies we provide service to their percentages there runs broken down by fire departments for October eTown at 32.4 percent Ratcliffe 17.8 percent that you can see the remainder of the fire departments that we dispatched for and their percentages there

calls transfer to secondary sites total cost transfer 1260. 476 directly police 624 to E-Town police and 160 to the Kentucky State Police there's some additional items uh there's uh you guys can read this I'll try to kind of give you the back story the state uh has partnered with a company called rapid deploy and geocom to capture the entire State's ng911 GIS data and we're talking about Street center lines address points jurisdictable boundaries service boundaries all that information is being put into a to one location and that information has been pushed back out and provided to every psap in the state um which allows us to see addresses of the meat County addresses in Nelson County Street center lines things like that when uh the calls come in that are on the border maybe at a location that's in a neighboring County we have been able to capture that that information um

next slide it makes me just wants to congratulate uh Lori Ramsey she's the one that's been at the Forefront of all of this for the last two years and we joined 29 other counties who have been certified where our GIS day that provided to them is considered critical error-free so we're now you know leading the way in uh the next gen platform just a little bit more information but prior to next-gen the information that 911 peace apps got from sell your companies was basically a GPS coordinate longitude led to that Towers could basically capture now we have the ability to capture the the location app data your your Google Maps and stuff uh to that pretty much pinpoint people from uh within feeds versus meters so it's a big big leap into the future so if we're even here so just wanted to thank Lori Ramsey she's the one that's uh pretty much got us uh certified with the state so that's about all I have anybody have any

questions I didn't confuse anybody Lori is just one very valuable um person that we have in this County we have many but she is awesome Yep that we are we are very blessed to be you know within the first couple groups of this so it's it's very helpful very helpful tool that we've been able to use hey what else good job as always I'm amazed at how many you've called yeah thanks appreciate it thank you next we'll hear from the Hardin County Detention Center Josh Limbaugh you got all the good news I called this meeting Merry Christmas yeah well as you can see with that the extra per diem money that is coming in now that we lost for last year uh we are up a good bit every month now so uh it's it's raised up a good bit and I'll be uh probably about a project about seven hundred thousand dollars is what it's going to help out this County this year so we'll see uh by
