last meeting or two meetings ago i can't recall now which i was out of town and i know you had taken bids for the equipment that you had requested that we we get prices on and there was a couple of items that we did not receive a bid on i don't know if it's because of colby but it seems like it's very difficult to get some of these vendors to to want to sell sell anything but anyway i was able to receive bids on the stretcher and i have a bid from inferno and from striker ann had asked me to get two beds tonight for a similar piece of equipment the stretcher we use is a striker a similar type of stretcher that's made by another company is inferno and we haven't used inferno in quite a few years uh yeah probably 40 years helen says it's been a while but i did get a price then their price was quite a bit higher the price for the new and i did get a price for a new stretcher with six batteries from striker was twenty three thousand two hundred fifty dollars and twenty three cents the similar piece of equipment from inferno was thirty five thousand seven

thirty eight thirty eight um obviously we we would recommend the striker the the lesser the two that's the equipment we're using we're having real good luck out of it um so that that would be what i would i would recommend on the the stretcher all the ventilators uh i guess once again because of cover i had a very difficult time getting folks i did get a quote from the company that you purchase the heart monitors from where we get a lot of reconditioned equipment equipment that's got a new warranty but it's it's not new and it's like new and that price for the ventilators from the same company which was master medical and that was a total for the six ventilators of fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars about two thousand four hundred fifty dollars each for the veterans total everything uh it's 14 json for the ventilators and 23 220 21 for the cot you need those in separate motions or uh also right on whatever you guys need it's just to be paid for market money good yes and when you do the math on that does it fit what we budgeted for the common care

uh equipment about five thousand dollars more uh okay well we can figure that out resolution 202 2-2-2 is 83 085 is that this is to be added on to that i think if you would make a motion well when we get to that we'll change that to 88.5 it needs to be 5 000 more than that it falls within that 88.85 let's do those in separate motions as far as the equipment okay that way because it's over there okay let's have one on the stretcher first motion most of the joe barnes distract the from striker and second by larry murphy for a purchase price of 23 250 dollars 22 cents so is there any more discussion on that no discussion all folks say i post like sign we've got the stretcher purchase motion for fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars for the ventilators section motion by

uh larry kam second with sam small to purchase purchase ventilators for how many six strokes ventilators for fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars um if there is further discussion being done on favor say aye aye opposed black sign that motion carrier judge of court i'd like to thank you for this we obviously this is equipment that will belong to the ohio county fiscal court and it just puts you all in a better position i think larry had asked a few months ago he said if you've got something you need that we can own jim said be sure you're asking for it and i like the way you frame that that was a good way to put it a lot of counties don't have that kind of foresight but that that's a good way to to make sure you do this well we take care of family service here we're proud and and it's what once again it's equipped that'll blow you and we'll we'll take absolutely good care of it and we will make it last as long as humanly possible right will you just keep doing the good service and keep them ambulances looking cleaner than everybody else that's in the country like you've been doing well we'll do it thank you not because you're here jimmy but you guys do an excellent job we certainly appreciate it well we we work on it every day to try to take good care

of people can i get a copy of those shirts and we went ahead and did it i thought we could post we at the hospital talking about y'all coming up to pick up a patient then people couldn't believe it they said they won't do it but y'all did a few years that was a few years ago and that was me and they yeah they said you you won't get an ambulance to come here for that there's no way you'll get amnesty oh i can't come here we we've gone as far as atlanta georgia to pick up an ohio county citizen that needed to be taken somewhere else this they're from here we take care of them and this was county fisher so that made it good and they were we were there in two hours and 35 minutes well you picked up helen one time didn't you jimmy but you won't be able to just pick her up we went down and made a nuisance of ourselves to the hospital let her go i do appreciate y'all coming up here
