being nine on favor say aye aye opposed like to sign the bill to the same our uh past we have an amendment to the ankle monitor contract adjustable tell us about that uh that's just with with uh jimmy now there's a an ankle monitor that we have that will tell us the location of the pendants that are on release pre-trial release we also have an alcohol monitor but there is a another bracelet that would allow us to do the gps and the alcohol jimmy's recommending that we go ahead and amend the contract to include those type braces as needed similar to the other contracts we are only billed when they're in use um and if the defendant's able to pay then they pay if not and we have some situations where we've set aside some of the fund for the to pay some of the cost of the engine that's a good question larry jimmy would have to tell us i think they're a little bit more because it's the combination they may be four to five dollars uh four dollars a day thank you prof i was just curious yeah well let's have a motion to
