[Music] all we're going to skip through down on the agenda one Joanna shake from grad was to be here I don't see her yet so we're going to go right now to the minutes of the February 11th meeting I'll need a motion to approve motion by [Music] Michael second Mel are there any discussion Corrections or additions discussion Corrections or additions B none on favy I post like sign M approved before you have the bills claims payments and transfers in front of you um I need a motion to bir motion by both Benny second second by Michael mckenny is there any discussion on the bills claimed payments and

transfers any discussion and $1,000 for a Project Graduation uh that's through a Kentucky ASAP grant for what that's through the Kentucky ASAP Grant and at the end of high school they have a party after graduation for all the seniors and that's money that the grant gives towards it to help buy um needed things for the celebration and we usually get money for that too yeah they haven't asked us yet but that's Kentucky ASAP that's Pastor the Fiscal Agent for them we handle their money that's the first time they've done that is no no they done it probably the last 10 years I know we always give the does yeah but that's they this is through ASAP all in fav say I like sign bills are PID [Music] B you come up here with both things right [Music] on the mic everybody can [Music]

hear been brought to my attention that uh the 40 acres in front of the park entrance is up for lease again um if you recall we've done a year lease on that so I'm just asking for an extension or whatever the Fiscal Court decides on that so yeah Farm officers wan to Packer sign Fields has had it for a long time so it's at the mercy of the Court they do a great job for us and pay us on [Music] time so do I have a motion to extend that agreement by a year motion by both V second motion second by by Jason any discussion b n on fav say post sign okay then tell us the exciting news you got so um as you know the land and water grant through DG got awarded for the football field lights and the goals um since then they we've applied for a uh grant program application basically states that it'll it they'll take care of all of it but maybe 2% our end will be like

$792 and basically we need the acknowledgement of the resolution to be passed saying if this didn't go through at the $37,000 that we' be responsible for it however I think we can do an in kind labber match and we won't have to worry about it yeah this is some new money we're getting for matching our federal grants with State money so it's a really good thing what you say you're dealing with it do what what you water par no this is the football field lights yeah and the go that we've applied for and we approved lne and water grant but this is to pay uh the part that the Federal grant don't pay the state going to pick it up with this grant so need a motion second resolution number 20251 I make a motion for us to acknowledge resolution 20 25-11 grand motion by Michael second by Bo thank you is there any discussion B now in favor say I post like sign you got her

B thank you okay you sign that one then we got [Music] another uh the next one guys we've been talking about this for at least a year on this grant here year a new program that the general assembly set up last year uh a bridge program $50 million in the State uh to to do Bridges and this grant we're getting from the appropriation from the state general assembly is going to replace our last wooden bridge in the county that's Shere Road in your District so you'll want to make the motion to pass that resolution make a motion to pass second motion male second Bel any discussion B none all favor say I I sign motion carries and by the way that is actually a really good uh good thing
