Meeting of October 10, 2023

[Music] all that call this meeting of O Fiscal Court order on this 10th day of October uh 2023 at 5:00 p.m. uh I'm going toh put her on the spot I'm going to ask uh sister an Melton to lead us into prayer and the pledge our heavenly father we come to you today asking for your guidance wisdom and support as we begin this meeting help those in charge engage in meaningful discussion and allow them to grow closer as a group and nurture the bonds of a community in your name we pray amen amen pledge alance to of the United States of America and to the Republic for which stands one nation under God indivisible with liy and justice for all and I will say that the flag is Raising high

today uh it's sad it takes a world disaster to make our country work together and be on the same page I believe we are right now facing the world's disasters um before you you have the minutes of the what was the day that meeting meeting of the 26th of uh September and I need a motion to approve make a motion to approve motion by Kenneth cway second second by Jason bulock is there any discussion Corrections or additions to AMS Corrections discussions or amendments additions to the amend being none all in favor I post like sign the V are approved before you have the bills claims payments and transfers including A late list which in discussion I'm going to make a comment on I'll make a motion to accept the motion by Jason Bullock get a second for

second for discussion second by Michael mcken um it's open for discussion I'm not I just got a comment where are they rewiring the security camera here on this building they they were wired with uh they they were wired with outdoor indoor wiring on the outside when they were put up we've had to go outside and replace not only the cameras but the wiring going to the cameras because they were not conduit not not in chape and uh there's reasons I believe I believe that was one is their but they're fixed now and uh the the ones that were out were mostly the outside ones the inside was seems to be mostly okay any other discussion why is there two bills when they're both out of the

same uh account half of it from ALC and half of it from the community center account anything that has to do with the AOC will split the bill in half and there's a line item for AOC and then the line item for the Community Center maintenance [Music] would the first bill here is Community Center maintenance and repair and that's judicial Center AOC so they're out two different accounts same number well it's the same in voice it's just split in half okay is all the uh cleanups been done now [Music] and on weather related no we're still we're we're still on that which one we still like we talking you're talking about cleanups on the road we still like several and theyve just sort of did what they had to

do get by this winter they'll be working on some all winter we still got and lot still U comment I make I'm assuming I Wish Justin was here but since this is on the bills and claims and youall said it's public record so I don't think I'm getting in privileged information uh but if you see on there to beaverdam nursing and rehab center refund the net profits where they over PID on the late list yes on the late list that means their profit was 2 million 1,984 would have been their net profit to pay that much cuz see they paid 10 then they paid 11 over by mistake so uh that uh that tells you that there's some big bucks in the service is paid for by Medicare

in front of you all the last meeting or before the last meeting I believe and I had those wrong so I was wondering if you would take a look at these again and uh review them I actually had um it listed um this is for the Kentucky product development initiative Grant this is a grant that uh grda is applying for to um extend the access road at Bluegrass Crossings take it all the way down to the nor Northern culdesac you get a little closer to the m can you hear me now yes ma'am okay so this is a grant we're applying for is to extend the access road at the park to the northern culdesac and along with that will be surveys and a lot of other stuff this will give us the ability to Market our most visible part of the park so we're great as applying for this and we're asking the Fiscal Court to be the Fiscal Agent and uh the resolution that I brought in front of yall last time it had o as a Fiscal Agent and because we're a department of the Fiscal Court they wouldn't accept that but I didn't find that out until like the end of the process so I'm asking youall to review this again the only thing that's different is instead of OA it says the Fiscal Court so the money will pass through US yes so on on that what you
