that well you said we did we just did the wage scale you want the annual compensation scale well you the other one as well okay before we go to the resolution we'll need a motion on the annual wage scale compensation schedule which is almost the same thing we just motion Larry second second M Michel any discussion B none on fav say I post like sign motion Carri next you have a resolution 20 24-28 at the Ohio County Ida Industrial Development Authority so we need to approve that what I cons yes everybody has cop do you want me to go over please the uh Industrial Development Authority met and voted to use the TVA funds 880,000 for The Debt Service of the water expansion plant that we've been paying on for several years uh 150,000 for the Bluegrass Industrial Park PDA project and 15,000 to Ohio County

tourism 16 for what 15 for Ohio County tourism no where did that money come from these are the TVA funds that we get from the state once a year who's on this Authority the Ida uh Paul sanifer Darren LOL David fig CC Robinson we don't have no say on where the money goes uh no the board it it's it can only be used for economic development as all it can be used for and there's a board appointed that pretty much their money but said come through us do I have a motion motion motion by V second second Michael mckenny any further discussion big none on fa I post s sign Mo car okay Bess is not here no this isn't bess's this is the

courts each year in January we have to set an annual order setting the sheriff and the clerk's salaries for their deputies and then we amend it in July to take care of the race so this is just a amending that will allow for the race that we G okay they hear a motion please set salary and we amend it and to take care of it well in January the court sets the salary for the clerk and sheriff's deputies but we've given raises in July so we have to amend it to include that raise well that's found their request CU they actually do their raises we don't right well they follow along with what the county does percentage was yes they went on the same percentage as our July budget yes you need a motion yes so move Larry make a motion second second by Michael uh any further discussion big none all in favor say I iOS like sign motion Carri same thing for the sheriff's I'll
