The general contractor was set to resume work the following Saturday to finish office construction, contingent on evidence in a sensitive area being relocated first.
The court also approved a $500 draw from a magistrate's discretionary fund for a children's Christmas party, and discussed scheduling for October, November, and December meetings, including a special four o'clock meeting on December 13 to honor outgoing elected officials.
