newest one oning and we have to take the one that was advertised for in the today something this morning this one came in several weeks ago with the first ad before we met here before we met here yes I you can open up both if you want both the same the other one got an option for another okay let's just give it to Bo I'll pass it down he was the chairman of the Charlie good he got stuff in the nursing school going nursing school I seen him [Applause] finishes [Applause] Madison's about last [Applause] all [Applause] right uh bids from complete uh Comfort Heating

Cooling uh looks like there's two options here uh option one tire building will have to be in either heating or cooling mode install price $772,500 option two gives you the flexibility for each thermostat to be set on heat or cool the price $869,500 um it lists drain cooling tower demo demo all water source uh gives a lot of different um you want to read the whole thing judge U if it's I would say maybe maybe should uh demo all Bowlers and circulating pumps and demo cooling tower install 54 heat pump ducted many split systems fabricate and install duct transitions on each system tying into existing duct install filter

rack for each system there will be Refrigeration distribution boxes on each floor located in the hallway install three outside heat pump condensers on a concrete pad one for each floor install high and low voltage wire running to all new equipment run copper refrigeration lines and drain for new equipment clean up and hallway old equipment debris price includes equipment maintenance for one year complete Comfort employees will attend and be VF manufactured certified Factory author authorized startup and commissioning will be performed which is required for the manufacturer's 10-year warranty no we are not including any material other than what is specifically listed on this quote if additional material or accessories are desired priest requests an additional quote all standard terms and conditions apply complete Comfort requires new construction that a deposit of oneir of total install be paid upon signing of contract another third will be due when

rough in is complete the final third will be due upon the installation of equipment one system change outs deposit is half down and half when change out is complete credit card transactions $3.99 will occur an additional 2% fee so what what is the difference in option one I'm glad you asked so that's that's one reason I want to be here to explain so this system is a three Zone meaning the basement will have its own system second floor will have its own system and the third floor will have it own system meaning if the basement needs Heat and the third floor needs cooling it will operate that way that's the first option that's what I priced the last time that's what's in that proposal but today I was thinking I wanted to go ahead this morning uh we put in if we decided to go with a the the two that means each room or each thermostat can be on heat and cool on each level right now third floor will have to be on

either heat or cool second heat or cool second option each thermostat can be on heat or cool on each level does that make sense yeah it does but it kind be bad if the door was open in between them on the toat and it's a distribution box that has to go in the ceiling with a control that each thermostat can be on on heat or cool I really think uh the first option that we gave last time will work here fine and uh that also fits the uh original stuff that we've sent to a for their for their match and all that it's more compatible with a little bit higher but it's more compatible with the number everybody's expecting yeah what was those two prices again 7726 for the option one which is the for and then 8697 for individual room uh I don't think we're exactly prepared for that part of it but uh I think that if we just had it on each four that would be I think that's good enough because matter of fact I could

see it detrimental if it had it room to run yeah and just a just a few things considering the the uh amount of the the uh bid in the project I mean Marty will probably have you execute a contract if this bid is accepted you'd have to execute a contract as the normal terms and conditions idity clauses and all that with regard to your work um the other thing is is U there is a memorandum of understanding with aocc with us for us to get reimbursed within that uh we are under certain obligations to follow those terms and so uh probably the contract would need to indicate and I've indicated this to some of them that you know consistent with your bid whatever the work bid you did but but also satisfying we before getting Works done that aocc satisfied with whatever you've got because not to not to kind of surprise you or anything I went back and looked at the memorandum of understanding just to see section 3B says agrees to uh the County agrees to use the construction documents prepared by architect engineer and approved by

ELC it doesn't give an indication as to you know what type of architect or engineer or anything of that nature uh but ALC would would have to approve that right you know and so uh you know I just recommended to them that before any work's done they give you the project manager gives you the okay of whatever you proposed uh cuz that's a lot of money they're not going to pay if they're not satisfacted sure absolutely that's 400 some odd 4 439 I think 439 of the of the of the amount to be 439 80255 Charlie you have talked to ALC and they didn't understand what y I sent J in the email and what we talked what I when I talked to them they told what they told us is once this got done today to scan everything in send them the everything that we've done and they will go over it and they will either a accepted or B not accepted and they will send us an email back confirming that and they will give us the understanding approval to go for it from there so you may want to talk to them already just in between they may need some explanation
