United States of America to the stands one nation under God indivisible with liy and jice for all before you have the minutes of the January 9th meeting I need a motion to approve make motion to approve motion by Jason second second by Michael is there any uh discussion Corrections or additions is there any discussion Corrections or additions being none on in favor say I I oppose like sign the amend are approved before you you have the bills claim payments and transfers including late list on the late list of the we had to purchase some more salt we didn't have the amount well we're trying to say we St yes okay make a motion motion by Kenneth second second by v um any discussion on the bill claim

payment and transfers discussion being none I favor say I POS like sign bills are PID B come forward you got a little technicality in need technically that crop ground that we have um in front of the park there that contract ended and that was a 5-year contract we're going to have to we're going to have to renew that contract on the crop ground and the westerfield's had that so I'm asking for an extension on that crop ground for them to maintain and farm crop that out basically um like I said it was only a 5year agreement and that was at uh $200 an acre and and that was uh $8,000 a year and that's 40 acres of crop ground that they have there so that's just something that we have to do and that time has come so yeah and I have to go down and sign it down to the Farm office for them to get their

government how how much it's $200 an acre 40 AC have they proposed the contract to you Bo or is it the same one the contct extend it I can't remove then we can bid it out for the four 2025 years judge no it had been three then that one was five and but we it slipped up on us we need and the thing that they're the thing that they're they put a lot of time and effort money into that so that the way they wanted to do it is basically on that five years that's that's why they felt better with that so actually they've done some to it recently so what you're saying is we're extending it this year but we'll we'll bid it again I'm fine with that whatever you side they it looks like they just went through and dipped all the ditches you know on their own they do a lot got it but we B it twice whatever Justin recommends I'm I'm for whatever y'all decide I'm fine too I just didn't know do we have to is there we have after B is no no if you choice we can go and give another five years now whatever I'm almost positive I either wrote the first

one or they wrote it so they wrote the first first one okay and I don't know I don't know if you have found it yet but I know have a cop Dale said he has a copy list that he and then get a cop as well because all but I need to go down and sign that farm L that's why we need to get it done tonight yeah yeah I mean if what I mean if the court wants to do whatever they want to do as far as the contract terms but whatever you decide then yeah I'm totally fine I mean they they've been good to us they help us out and they take care about extended a year that we'll visit it before Before Time s up on next time one now when we least that stuff we don't have to go for theirs we can go for whatever we decide yeah it it that's how we' done it in the past it was extend that one year I'd like to make a motion that we extended for the one year and revisit it um they've done an exceptional job keeping the property looking good in front of our party and uh if that's okay I'd like to make the motion that we go ahead and and they just di the ditches out mic hear a second to extend that for a year

we'll revisit it have a second I'll let them I'm sorry second Ken thank you both thank you all all in favor say I I post like sign motion Carri and uh that in a minut not go down any more sign um before you have the ordinance [Music] 2024-25 this language is incorporates and adopt everything in the 2012 so there's really not uh much Amendment um other than we need to clarify that the uh uh this ordinance will be the one that's in effect the last one actually said that it was repealing itself so I mean there just it just had some language issues back in 2012 and so we're just kind of cleaning that up but I don't think there's any
