the public hearing code first. — Oh, okay. — Uh we're now for a few minutes. We're in a public hearing. We're going to set the uh plan to set the tax rates for the coming year. Uh our plan is to set them where they'll stay the same rate that they have been for several years. That's our plan as of now. So, I guess if there's any public comment on tax rate, now would be the time. — Please don't raise them. We're we're going we're going to leave them the same. — Good. — Um but but we're not going to take a compensating either. Compensating will actually bring in us a lot less a lot less. So the same is uh what we want. That's what our plan is. — Even if we do the compensating rate, it's uh — we're still going to go up because the tax assessments is going up. So that's going to affect this too. — No, the compensating though lowers your rate to make it be the same money even though the the rate the uh thing went up. — So and I'm on the uh

health department board and they kept theirs the same. They did not raise theirs. — No, they left it the same. I didn't get — fixing to this was public hearing — and public hearing over we called meeting to order — that's once a year — call this meeting Ohio fiscal court to order on this 11th day of August 2025 at 3:30 uh am um I'm going to ask brother Josh Fulkerson to lead us in a prayer and a pledge to the flag. It should look like this and the assessments went up. So, the compensating rate was going to be a decrease in the tax rate. But my proposal to you is to leave it the same which is 7.6 which is if you write it out is 0000.76. This is the real estate. We've got to do the tangible and the motor vehicle and watercraft separately. So I've actually made that motion but I need a second — on the real estate.
